How much does logo design cost in Dubai? (2026 prices)

A straight answer with real price ranges — from AED 50 marketplace logos to AED 25,000 agency identities — and how to know which one your business actually needs.

Logo design in Dubai typically costs between AED 50 and AED 25,000, depending on who you hire and what you actually receive. Freelancers and online marketplaces sit at the bottom of that range, small studios in the middle, and established agencies at the top. The wide gap confuses most business owners — so here is what each tier really includes, and how to decide what your business needs.

Logo design price ranges in Dubai (2026)

  • AED 50 – 500: Online marketplaces, template-based tools and junior freelancers. You get a mark, usually fast, with limited revisions and basic files.
  • AED 500 – 3,000: Small studios and experienced freelancers. Expect a few original concepts, revisions, and a proper file package for print and digital.
  • AED 3,000 – 10,000: Boutique agencies. Includes strategy, multiple directions, a full file suite and basic brand guidelines.
  • AED 10,000 – 25,000+: Established brand agencies. Full identity systems — research, naming, typography, colour, applications and a complete brand book.

None of these tiers is inherently wrong. A new trading company that needs a clean mark for its licence and signage does not need a AED 20,000 identity system. A hospitality group opening five outlets absolutely does.

What actually drives the price

Two quotes for the same word — logo — can differ by a factor of a hundred because they describe different amounts of work. The real cost drivers are:

  • Strategy: is anyone researching your market and positioning before drawing, or going straight to shapes?
  • Originality: custom-drawn marks and lettering cost more than modified stock icons or template assets.
  • Scope: one logo file, or a full system with variations, favicon, app icon, social kit and guidelines?
  • Bilingual work: a properly designed Arabic lockup is a second design job, not a translation.
  • Revisions: how many rounds are included before extra fees begin?
  • Ownership: do you receive full rights and source files, or only flattened images?

What you should always receive

Regardless of budget, a professional logo package should include these. If a quote excludes them, the price is not comparable to one that does:

  • Vector source files (AI, EPS or SVG) — required for signage, printing and scaling
  • PNG and JPG versions with transparent backgrounds
  • Horizontal, stacked and icon-only variations
  • Black, white and single-colour versions for stamps, embroidery and engraving
  • Favicon and app-icon sizes for digital use
  • Written confirmation that you own full commercial rights

The hidden cost of the cheapest option

Very low-cost logos are not a scam — but they carry predictable risks. The most common are template marks resold to multiple businesses, files that cannot be scaled for signage, and Arabic text that has been typed rather than designed. Businesses often pay twice: once for the cheap logo, then again to rebuild it eighteen months later when the trade licence, vehicle wrap and shopfront all need artwork that does not exist.

A logo is the cheapest part of a brand and the most expensive to replace. Signage, uniforms, packaging and printed stock all get remade when it changes.

Do you need a logo or a brand identity?

This single question resolves most pricing confusion. A logo is one mark. A brand identity is the whole system that surrounds it — colours, typography, layout rules, tone and applications — so everything your business produces looks like it came from the same company.

If you are registering a company, need signage and a few documents, a well-made logo is enough for now. If you are opening multiple locations, raising investment, entering tenders or competing against established names, an identity system pays for itself in credibility.

Typical timelines

  • Marketplace or template logo: 24 hours to 3 days
  • Freelancer or small studio: 3 days to 2 weeks
  • Boutique agency logo package: 2 to 3 weeks
  • Full brand identity system: 4 to 8 weeks

How to compare quotes fairly

Before comparing two numbers, ask every designer the same four questions: How many original concepts will I see? How many revision rounds are included? Exactly which files will I receive? Do I own full rights to the final design? The answers usually explain the price difference entirely — and occasionally reveal that the cheaper quote is not cheaper at all.
