What happens on the call
- We ask what you sell and who you sell it to, before saying anything about design
- We tell you plainly whether we are the right studio for it
- You leave with a price, or a reason we cannot quote yet
- If it is not a fit, we say so and suggest where else to look
Worth bringing
- Your trade licence name, so we can spell it the way it is registered
- Anything you already have — a logo, a profile, a website, even if you dislike it
- Roughly what you want to spend, so we can point at the right package
- The one thing that made you look for help this month

- Is it really free?
- Yes. Thirty minutes, no charge and no obligation. We would rather spend half an hour discovering we are not a fit than have you commit to work that is wrong for you.
- What time zone are the slots in?
- Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00 Gulf Standard Time. The calendar converts to your own time zone automatically — book whichever slot reads correctly for you.
- Will you try to sell me something?
- No. Every price is published on the site, so there is nothing to negotiate and no reason to pitch. If a package fits, we will name it and its price.
