Most bilingual profiles in the UAE are an English document with Arabic poured into it. The layout was designed left to right, the Arabic was run through a translator, and it was set in whatever font came with the software. An Arabic reader can tell within a page.

That matters more than it sounds. A government submission, a bank, or a family-owned buyer often reads the Arabic side first — and a profile that treats Arabic as a translation of the real document says something about how the company sees that reader.

Doing it properly is a typesetting job as much as a translation one. The page has to mirror, the type has to be chosen rather than defaulted, and the two languages have to sit in one document without doubling its length.

Fixed prices, shown before you commit — nothing is charged up front.

What you get

  • Both languages typeset properly, with right-to-left layout rebuilt rather than reversed
  • An Arabic typeface chosen to match the English, at sizes set for each
  • Print-ready artwork and a compressed PDF for email or a portal upload
  • Editable source with live Arabic text, so it can be corrected later
  • One combined document or two separate files, decided before design starts

Best suited to

  • — Companies submitting to government or semi-government buyers
  • — Businesses whose customers read Arabic first
  • — Firms whose current Arabic version was machine-translated and never typeset

What goes in it

The sections that matter for this sector, in the order the reader looks for them.

The layout mirrors, it does not just flip

Right-to-left means the whole page rebuilds: margins, image positions, table column order, page numbering, the direction a reader's eye travels. Software can reverse a text block; it cannot decide that the photograph should now sit on the left.

Arabic type chosen, not inherited

Latin and Arabic typefaces have different weights, heights and rhythm, so a pairing that was never designed together looks unbalanced at any size. We pick an Arabic face that matches the presence of the English one, then set the sizes independently — matching point sizes is what makes Arabic look too small.

Numbers, dates and units

Arabic-Indic or Western numerals, which calendar, how a phone number reads in a right-to-left line. Small decisions that are invisible when right and jarring when wrong, and the ones automated conversion gets wrong most often.

Translation that a professional has read

Machine translation handles the general sense and fails on exactly the words that matter — trade licence activities, scopes of work, technical specifications. Terms are checked against how your sector actually writes them, not how a dictionary does.

One document or two

Bound together with Arabic from the back, or issued as two separate files. It depends on who submits it and how — some authorities want one document, some buyers only ever open the English. We decide this before design starts, because it changes the whole structure.

Files you can update in both languages

An editable source where the Arabic is live text, not an image of text. Profiles where the Arabic was flattened into pictures cannot be corrected, searched or copied — and they have to be rebuilt from scratch when a detail changes.

Common questions

Do we actually need the Arabic version?
It depends who reads it. Government and semi-government submissions often ask for it, and some main contractors do. If your buyers are all English-first, the honest answer is that it can wait — we would rather tell you that than sell you a version nobody opens.
Can you translate our existing English profile?
Yes, and it is cheaper than starting again. The translation is the smaller half of the job though — the layout has to be rebuilt right to left, so expect it to take longer than translation alone would suggest.
What if we already have an Arabic version?
Send it and we will tell you honestly whether it needs redoing. Sometimes the translation is sound and only the typesetting is wrong, which is a much smaller job than a rebuild.
Will it be twice as many pages?
Usually not. Arabic generally sets shorter than English for the same content, and how the two languages are arranged makes more difference than the word count. We agree the structure before design starts, so the page count is known rather than discovered.
